Stainless steel custom: Stand frame (drainage channel)
We have devised a way to easily perform positioning and welding on-site!
Here is a case study of a product requested by a public bathhouse. The pit frame for the drainage channel that was requested is made of stainless steel angles. The product itself measures 1,850mm, which is not very long, so it is manufactured as a single piece. However, for longer items, it is common to manufacture them in sections. In this case, the middle part would only consist of angles, making it difficult to position accurately. Therefore, we temporarily weld a scrap plate for width determination, allowing for easy positioning and welding on-site.
